Thin hair woes?

I've decided to stop trying to fight the forces of nature- I have thin, pencil straight hair that couldn't hold curl if it's life depended on it. I'm sick of having bad hair days because I've spent so much time fighting an uphill battle trying to make my hair something it's not. I have longer, dark brown, pin-straight fine hair. Does anyone know any great styling tips for hair like mine? Any good products that I can buy at a place like Walmart? I wash my hair everyday (or else I can't wear it down..it gets greasy and crooked fast!) and I blow dry with mousse. I just want something that will work WITH my hair instead of against so I can be proud of what I got!

I am burdened with the content and I will need to read it several more times before my burden is lifted. If this is in fact about quitting that nasty habit good luck to you. Dry poop and mucus when I wipe?

I've been having this problem for about two months. I've been constipated and my poop has been very dry. I haven't had this problem ever in my life and haven't changed my diet or exercise in any way. When I poop, it is very difficult to push it out, and it comes out in little pebble shaped blocks. Sometimes when I wipe, there's a mucus in the tissue that looks like I blew my nose. Any suggestions as to what to do about it? What to eat? Medicine to take? Help :( I'm so uncomfortable
