Can someone help me with an essay for the book 1984?

For an essay about irony and paradox, I would definitely go with the three ministries. Their very names are ironic. The Ministry of Peace is established to promote war. The Ministry of Truth is established to spread lies and deception. The Ministry of Love is established to break people down with hate. In the entire story, the only two people who even resemble what the ministries CLAIM to promote are Winston and Julia, and they are eventually broken.
