What can a high school vegetarian pack in her school lunch?
Mmk so i've vegetarian for a year now, im 14, just started high school. My school district is the worst around probably, and has nothing on the school lunch menus for vegetarians except for cheese pizzas. Plus they shortened our lunch time from 55 minutes to 35, so getting lunch is even harder. I want to pack my lunch but what is they to pack? PB and J is okay for the first two days but i dont plan on eating it everyday. To make things worse, I'm a picky eater. I know a lot of you are going to say im vegetarian i should eat more foods but obviously thats not going to happen overnight. So until then, what can i pack? Something that doesnt need a microwave please. I dont like tomatoes, onions, or anything even close to spicy. I know salads an option but i really only like Caesar which will make me sick of eating it for everyday. I love the fake meat products but those often need to be warmed up. So, what else is there to eat? Please help! Websites, recipes, or tips are mucho appreciated!! :)
