When I try to be charitable, my left hand keeps finding out about it! Help?

According to Matthew 6:3 , "don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing", but my left hand somehow still knows every time... It's probably because of the corpus callosum and the communication between the hemispheres in general. Any advice?
