Can a tramatic experience such as a car accident bring you out of menopause?

Menopause was medically induced due to cancer tumors that were high in hormones. I hadn't had a period in over 6 yrs. After a car accident where my car rolled numerous times and I was knocked unconscious, I had pain and pressure in my abdomen for about two months then started having sporadic periods, some extremely heavy and some more normal. I am 46 yrs old and had cancer at the age of 36 and again at 39 yrs of age.
