Should the LA Clippers consider moving to a team and market that allows them to be more competitive?

I would agree that they move..in fact...I hear Seattle is without a basketball team these days....Seattle fans would welcome them with open arms....and although it would mean that they have to start over in a sense as a franchise...(you feel they always do anyway)...this time they wont have another team to compete with.....and will be allowed to develop their own identity in their own city without having to compete in essentially the "Lakers Market"
