Schizophrenia Research Paper Ideals?

Hi, I'm writing a research paper on Schizophrenia, I'm having trouble deciding if my thesis is to broad or if my research would end up being inconclusive. My thesis is that Schizophrenia is not a hereditary disease. Any comments or critiques are appreciated or new ideals I'm only a second year Psychology student and will be using the same paper for my English cl. Thanks!
