Culture:Women now that you have the right to earn as much as a man and to pursue your carears?

I understand what your asking and i suppose that in most cases the man is still going to be the main provider in a relationship especially when the woman wants to have kids and work less due to that. But i do think it's fair and right that a woman should get the same pay if she does the same job just as well as the guy. Where i work i actually get more then some of the guys that i work with, lol. :)
