How do you cite an author of an article within a text book in MLA format?
Hi Im working on a paper right now and I came across a citation that I had to do but I can't find how to do it anywhere in my textbook. The author is (Andrew Braaksma) featured in Newsweek September 12, 2005, and this article he wrote is in my textbook so I don't have any of the original page numbers, the only page numbers I have to go by are my textbook pages which are 24, and 25. There are also paragraph numbers along side each line indicating that it's 1,2,3,4,5, ... and so on. Do those matter? How do I set this up in MLA format? Am I citing the text book? what punctuation do I use? do I use my textbook pages? any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!
