I ate all this today...?

a low sugar protein bar, 1 slice of wheat bread, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, two sugar free chocolate turtles, 3 squares of hersheys dark chocolate, 2 tbsp peanut er, two atkins diet peanut er cups, and 4 triscuits....and a couple carrots. will i gain weight from this? :( i feel sooooo full and fat
