Where is the general store in china on Sims 3 world adventures?

In china I found the market but there they only sell books food and relics. the directions for the game tell me that there is a general store in every location and I can buy exploration gear and I;m supossed to be able to buy martial arts equiptment in china. Can anyone help me???
