Why do we keep coming back?

Yahoo randomly deletes questions and answer, Customer Care only answers when you send them twenty mails a day and then it's with some unhelpful template wich says to look at the TOS, the suspension and deletion appeals board moderators are just a laugh, accounts keep getting suspended.... and yet we keep coming back. Or at least, I do. Why?
