Will any 6x9 fit in my car?

The rear speakers stock size is 6x9. The front doors are 6 3/4 and if there are speakers in the dash, then those are 3 1/2. Some magnets are larger on speakers than others. The majority of the time, it'll fit fine. However, you may get stuck using a dremel to cut out the appropriate size that's needed.
