EEOC Mediation Settlement - What factors did you include when coming up with a settlement number?

I was told to bring a list of things I feel would resolve my issues with my last employer. The mediator suggested things like compensation, letter of reference from the former employer, request any negative comments removed from my personnel file, get job back etc. I do not want my job back, I shouldn't have any negative comments in my personnel files as there was no wrong doing on my part and for the 2 years I was there I never received a performance write up so I'm not worried about that. I don't want to return to that job to much water under the bridge but I don't want them to bad mouth me to a new employer or say I'm not re-hireable or something. In the compensation route, the problems started last year and continued after I announced my pregnancy (it actually got worse)...anyway what factors would you include for monetary compensation? I'm stuck.
