Lawyer who changed testimony from that of his deposition is that legal?

lawyer who drew up and witnessed our mothers will said he sent her home with only signed copy (lawyer is also neighbor who had been interested in her property for years) During deposition he said that the copy of unsigned will he dropped off was copy of signed will. During trial he said that the copy he dropped off wasn't even the right copy. The lawyer has also been on the secret judicial misconduct list. Can we do anything?
