Micro AV Virus On my computer. What to do?

Recently I got a virus called Micro AV, which is a ' anti-virus program' but it really fills your computer with and trojans. e.e. My friend suggested AVG-freeware, which did remove most of it, but I find as I do re-scans as a precaution, these trojans keeps coming up. What should I do to permanently remove these files without having to do a full system restore to my newly obtained computer?
